# Weekly Ops Kit diagrams

These diagrams explain a reusable weekly reporting workflow: data enters a governed check, exceptions are surfaced, and a reader receives an action-ready report.

## Evidence boundary

- Sample metrics are examples, not Agoda production data.
- Travel evidence remains labelled: public/derived/proxy for content quality; synthetic/simulated for the funnel; and a derived weekly package for operations.
- Missing or invalid inputs stop the workflow. The kit does not create replacement numbers.

## How to inspect

Open a full diagram from the gallery, then review its Mermaid source if you want to see the process steps. The diagrams are implementation examples, not evidence of a live workplace workflow.

## Release standard

Before publication, verify that each diagram is readable on desktop and mobile, retains its evidence label, and does not imply live results or unsupported business impact.
